In April 2016, the time had come: we put our new Schuler MSD-630 servo press into series production after the manufacturer’s team had completed the assembly and handed over the press on schedule the day before.
In addition to modern servo technology, our new press has even more to offer:
Table size 4,000 x 1,800, strip width 110 – 1,300 at 0.5 to 4mm thickness, electronic transfer with reinforced drive, computer-controlled spray greasing of the coil material, as well as a faster tool change by means of mobile changing tables. A separate PC workstation for process preparation and optimisation completes this system.
We look forward to being able to offer our customers even more performance and machine capacity in the future.
