Your tasks:
- Preparing, setting up and operating automatic punching presses up to 630 tons pressing force from Andritz-Kaiser and Schuler
- Set-up and dismantling of punching and forming tools according to work instructions/set-up plans
- Series release of production
- Permanent quality monitoring of the stamping processes with the corresponding documentation
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable training in the metal sector
- Experience in setting up and operating automatic punching machines (presses)
- Experience in the field of stamping and forming technology
- Knowledge of handling measuring and testing equipment
- Strong deadline and quality awareness as well as an independent and precise way of working, even with changing requirements
- Willingness to work in multi-shift operation
