Your tasks:
- Manufacturing punching and forming tools according to technical design drawings
- Carrying out maintenance, repairs and overhauls on punching and forming tools
- Modifying and optimising punching and forming tools
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis as well as their elimination in the production process
- Manual tool adjustment to quality standards
- Production and incorporation of tool components according to drawings
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training in the metal sector
- Experience in the field of punching and forming tools
- Knowledge of conventional machine tools and tool technology
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team and analytical thinking skills
- Strong deadline and quality awareness
- Ability to work independently and precisely, even with changing requirements
- Willingness to work in shifts
