Your tasks:
- Creation of measuring programs for the measurement of components
- Carrying out measurements of components, tools and test gauges
- Carrying out initial sampling (VDA/PPAP)
- Participation in the creation of inspection concepts, inspection planning and design of inspection fixtures
- Carrying out production releases for series production
- Recording, documenting and analyzing measurement results
- Measurement agreements with the customer, project managers and designers
- Control and monitoring of measuring equipment (test equipment management)
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed technical vocational training, preferably with further training as a technician/measurement technician
- Professional experience as a measurement technician, ideally in the field of tactile and optical measurements
- Sound knowledge of 2D/3D measurement technology
- Basic knowledge of QM regulations and automotive standards
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
